FAQ english

colors?

  • the real colors of these stickers will be slightly different than what you see on your computer screen due to any settings or type of your computer screen
  • the colors will be much richer on the vinyl stickers than on the paper stickers.
  • stickers made in bright colors are available in the following colors:
    • red
    • green
    • yellow
    • purple
    • blue
    • turquoise
  • the stickers names "colors of IWP 2015" are specially made for the liveWELL planner of Inkwellpress of 2015 (the colors are close to this planner`s original colors)
    • dark yellow
    • light pink
    • lime
    • turquoise
  • the stickers named "colors of IWP 2016" are made in colors close to the liveWELL planner of Inkwellpress of 2016
    • light purple / lilac
    • apricot
    • turquoise
    • dark yellow
  • the stickers with "pastel colors" are made in the following colors:
    • pastel green
    • pastel pink
    • pastel blue
    • pastel purple
    • pastel magenta
    • pastel yellow
  • if you like to have your stickers in a special favorite color, please contact me or state your wish on the checkout page
  • the stickers named "colored" are in given colors, these colors cannot be changed

contact option?

  • if you have any questions about whatever might be unclear about my stickers, or if you like to have a different size or different color or maybe you are looking for a special icon, please do not hesitate to contact me here on my blog or via my shops on Etsy, Dawanda or my own webpage.
  • I cannot always answer right away but I will try to answer on the same evening, latest on the next day. Please be aware that your and my country are maybe in different time zones.

delivery time?

  • all your stickers are made to order and in sequence of your order placement. It will take about 1 to 2 weeks until I send out your order. I strive to cut that down to just a few days but this is not always possible.
  • depending on where you live the delivery will take up to 10 working days (CH normally 1 working day, EU normally 3-5 working days, US normally 4-8 working days). Your order will be sent out by normal priority mail without tracking number.

    material of sticker?

    • the stickers are available in three material versions: either paper stickers with a white background, transparent vinyl stickers (matte or glossy) or polyester film stickers with a white background and a silk sheen. Not all items are available in every material
    • the paper and vinyl stickers are nonremovable, the polyester stickers can be removed again
    • the paper stickers can still be removed shortly after you have maybe placed them on the wrong spot, the paper beneath will not be damaged but the sticker itself will be destroyed. But after a while even these stickers just stick to any paper and they cannot be removed again without damage to the paper beneath or the sticker itself
    • the transparent stickers cannot be removed again. They would leave some sticky residue on the paper and the sticker itself would be destroyed
    • the polyester stickers can be removed again without residue. When you remove them carefully you can replace them but they might get creased
    • the paper stickers are made out of adhesive bright white sticker paper. They fit perfectly well into any planner which uses bright white paper, such as Erin Condren, Inkwellpress or Franklin Covey planner, but they will stand out a little bit on paper of Filofax or Moleskine as these do not use bright white paper
    • the vinyl stickers are transparent, whatever is beneath these stickers will show through
    • the polyester stickers are very thin, they have a bright white background with a silk sheen. They are high quality stickers

    • the paper stickers are a little bit thinner than the vinyl stickers, therefore they do not add too much bulk to your planner. The polyester stickers are very thin and tear resistant
    • you can write on all of these materials. For the paper stickers you can use a pencil or a ball pen, even a Frixion Pen works very well. But I would not recommend to remove either the pencil or the Frixion writing again, these small stickers are damaged too easily. For the vinyl stickers any pen works fine which writes well on plastic. On the polyester stickers a ballpoint pen works best
    • the vinyl stickers are much more durable than the paper stickers, especially if you use them to mark your pages in a bullet journal, but both do not like to be scratched
    • the polyester stickers are very durable, they do not get scratch easily

    payment options?

    • On Etsy I accept Paypal and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) as payment, the payment will take place at time of order.
    • On Dawanda I accept Paypal, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) and Sofortüberweisung, the payment takes place after the order confirmation from my side
    • in my own shop I accept Paypal and credit cards as payment
    • payment must be done before shipment

    order options?

    • the stickers can be ordered via my online shops on Etsy, Dawanda and my own shop
    • there are more stickers listed in my Etsy shop than in my Dawanda shop. If you have an Dawanda account and do not want to open up an Etsy account, but you did find some stickers on Etsy which you would like to order, please do not hesitate to contact me via Dawanda, let me know which stickers you would like to have and we can finish the order via Dawanda.
    • The same for sure is working the other way around
    • you can order in my own shop without an account

    refund of sticker?

    • I`m sorry there is no refund for your order once the stickers are shipped.
    • you can always cancel your order within the next 24hrs after you have placed your order, I will not prepare your order and refund your money.
    • but please do contact me if the stickers arrive damaged or if you are unsatisfied about something. We will work it out together.

        size of sticker?

        • the stickers vary in size. The actual size can be seen in the description of each item.
        • they are not very big, they therefore fit into every space of your planner, even into the daily boxes of your pocket sized Filofax and still leave you with enough space for any writing
        • please contact me here via my contact option if you like to have the stickers in a different size, I can always adjust the size.
        • the sizes are stated in millimeter = mm (metric system). If you are not familiar with the metric system, here is a rough calculation to inches: 1 mm is about 0.0393701 inches, so a sticker sized 7x9mm is about 0.27x0.35 inches

        taxes of your order?

        • depending on the amount of your order any taxes of your country will need to be paid at time of delivery. I`m not responsible for any tax charges or fees which might occur.


        terms of use?

          • the stickers bought in my online shops "StickersSwissMade" are intended for personal use. Do not sell the stickers to any other person. You may use the stickers to create a gift. However, you may not sell the assembled version.

          mein neuester Terminplaner: X47 - my newest planner: X47 Wie schön, dass bald Weihnachten ist! Dann kann man sich selber schon mal ein Vor-Weihnachtsgeschenk machen :-) Ich habe mir einen dieser wunderschönen  X47 Terminplaner  gekauft! X47 ist eine Firma aus Deutschland, sie stellen Terminplaner ohne Ringsystem her, aber mit einem Federsystem, mit welchem man Einlagen zufügen kann. Aufgrund dieses System bleiben die Planer wunderschön schmal und werden nicht zu dick. Die Planer selbst sind aus Leder gemacht, entweder mit sichtbaren Federschienen auf der Aussenseite oder unsichtbaren inneren. Es gibt sie in mehreren Versionen, mit einer oder bis zu 4 Federschienen, in A7, A6 oder A5 Grösse, in wunderschönen Farben (rot ist einfach nur schön!), mit oder ohne Reissverschluss oder mit Verschlussschnalle. Die Einlagen sind aus wunderbar glattem Papier gemacht. Das Papier in A5 ist etwas dicker als das Papier in A6 oder A7 Grösse (80gr und 60gr). Das 80gr Papier eignet...

          bullet journal und Farben - bullet journal and color coding

          Die Idee des “bullet journals” stammt von Ryder Carroll ( www.bulletjournal.com ), er beschreibt, wie man ein Notizbuch verwenden kann, in dem man am Ende alle seine Einträge wiederfindet. Dies ist eben nicht immer möglich, jeder ist schon mal über dieses Problem gestolpert, ich leider auch :-), aber er beschreibt auf seiner Webseite die Verwendung von Indexseiten und Seitennummern. Ich habe auch schon auf elektronischem Wege mit Evernote oder OneNote versucht, meine Informationen an einem Platz zu sammeln. Aber für mich ist es viel einfacher, ein Notizbuch in die Hand zu nehmen und irgendeine Seite aufzuschlagen, vor allem wenn man gerade am Telefon ist, den Bildschirm für etwas anderes braucht und dann noch nach einer Info sucht. Als ich mal wieder auf Pinterest unterwegs war, habe ich einen  Pin  über bullet journals gesehen, beim Lesen fing ich das überlegen an, wie ich bullet journaling und Farben zusammenbringen könnte.
